Dorking Office
Estate Agents in Dorking – Our prominent Dorking office is situated in a busy High Street position opposite the White Horse Hotel and adjacent to the main Post Office. Our spacious office deals with residential sales, lettings and new homes and a warm welcome is open to all.
On the sales side, our experienced Associate, Jamie Burgess, manages the day to day running of residential sales and Alex Pritchard manages the lettings department. Jamie is assisted by Senior Sales Negotiator, Paul Carey and Sales Negotiators Selina Miles. In the lettings department, Alex Pritchard is assisted by Lettings Negotiator Eloise Probert. The Dorking office is overseen by Senior Partner Bruce Shaw.
This office covers an extensive area encompassing the town centre and the surrounding villages of Westcott, Abinger, Holmbury St Mary, Peaslake, Gomshall and Shere to the west, North and South Holmwood, Beare Green, Newdigate, Capel, Ockley, Forest Green, Oakwood Hill and Wallis Wood to the south, Brockham, Betchworth, Buckland and Leigh going east and finally Westhumble, Ranmore, Box Hill and Mickleham to the north.
MNAEA - Jamie has worked in the property industry since leaving school, initially for a development company and in 2008 joining a local estate agent as a junior negotiator. Jamie grew up in Leatherhead and went to Oakfield Junior School in Fetcham and Therfield Secondary School in Leatherhead. Jamie lives in Bookham with his partner Danielle and his children Louis and Grace. He enjoys playing golf and badminton, going to the gym and walking his two dogs Boycie and Lola.

MNAEA - Paul entered the Estate Agency business in the late 1980's working in South London for over a decade. Recently returning to Surrey, his extensive experience has been a foundation helping sellers and buyers alike to achieve a smooth property transaction. Paul’s 5 minutes of television fame came when he was asked to take part in the programme "To Buy or Not to Buy". Living locally, Paul spends quality time with his partner Ashley and their son Christian.

Selina started her journey in our Leatherhead Branch in 2019 and went on to join the Dorking Team full-time in July 2020. Having run her own online homewares business for over ten years she has a passion for interiors and a strong focus on Client care. With two grown up boys who attended secondary School in Dorking, she has a wealth of local knowledge and loves long walks over Ranmore and Box Hill.

MARLA – Alex has been part of the Residential Lettings team for over 12 years. Having managed both our Dorking and Leatherhead offices he prides himself on his extensive knowledge and experience of the Mole valley and the local property markets, Alex is an integral part of the team and key to its ongoing success. Alex’s hard working yet affable approach has proved popular with both landlords and tenants alike, he always strives to deliver an excellent and professional service.
