Excellent service at every stage of the process. Good advice on preparing the house for sale, and useful connections with house clearers, cleaners and auctioneers. Prompt information regarding all visits and offers, and helpful advice to guide our decisions. Worked as a team operation, with other staff members able to cover if the lead contact was out of the office. Would recommend without hesitation.
From the viewing to when we got our keys, Megan was excellent and always communicated well. She answered all our questions and helped with everything else. Everyone at the branch was easy to talk to and friendly. A very professional bunch!
Our 2 year tenancy in Effingham was managed by Patrick Gardner Bookham. From the initial viewings, through any maintenance issues, and finally our check-out, the whole team were speedy, helpful and cheerful on every occasion. Particular thanks to Sarah, Megan, and Adele for all our arrangements throughout our tenancy. My partner and I will look very fondly back on our time in the property, in large part because of the Patrick Gardner team!
All the team at Patrick Gardner were a pleasure to deal with, always very friendly and professional.I didn’t have an easy property to sell but felt confident they were trying hard to find a buyer and was kept updated with feedback (good and bad!) after a viewing.The exchange of contracts was brought forward unexpectedly and my brother had a problem getting to the solicitor to sign at such short notice. Sarahjane and Sarah, from the Ashtead office, arranged to drive the contract over to him to sign, if he couldn’t find a lift.They were always on hand to offer advice and help when needed and I would have no hesitation in trusting them with a sale or purchase in the future.
Recently brought a house in Effingham using Patrick Garner. Our estate agent was Pam who was lovely, easy to talk to and made regular contact with us. The viewing went well and we put an offer in the same day. Everything went through fine, issues with settling a date but that wasn’t the estate agents fault.We exchanged keys quite earlier on the exchange date and collected the key from the estate agent. We were told that they would be dropping more keys to the property. We moved our possessions in and left the property to go out and get some food and on our return, the previous tenants had entered and taken items they had left behind. Not only is this burglary and trespass but when we reached out to Patrick Gardner they seemed to have no issue with this happening. I was disgusted with their response and didn’t feel as if they were bothered that we now felt unsafe in our new property.
Thank you so much, you’ve all been a joy to deal with.You all made what is recognized to be one of the most stressful things to do in life, a much easier time to get through. Additionally your extra help once I moved to my new house in another county and left the Bookham property empty, meant I could move knowing someone was keeping an eye on things and would facilitate sorting out any problems. It's also meant I've had nearly 3 months head start on settling into the new house and community properly, which would not have been possible without Patrick Gardner.Estate Agents often get a poor reputation or they used to in the past, but if Patrick Gardner is anything to go by I have no idea why.Thank you all once again, you were greatly appreciated.
