We won two awards! We are absolutely thrilled and delighted to announce that Patrick Gardner has won Estate/Letting Agency Branch of the Year for our Leatherhead office, and our Partner Vari Bowling has won Property Professional of the Year at the highly coveted Surrey Property Awards 2021!
The team from Patrick Gardner attended the black-tie awards ceremony and gala dinner held at Guildford’s G-Live, collecting two awards presented by British actor, broadcaster, writer, and former politician, Gyles Brandreth.
The Surrey Property Awards recognise and acknowledge best practice, exceptional service, and excellent design across all aspects of the property industry whilst raising money for local charities.
Both awards celebrate the achievements of the dedicated Patrick Gardner team who have gone above and beyond in their commitment to provide a first-class service to all their customers.
This year saw Patrick Gardner’s Partner Vari Bowling win the most fiercely contested award of the year, Property Professional of the Year, which recognises an individual who has delivered a service that is second to none and who has gone the extra mile beyond their call of remit.
